Previous experience includes Board of Directors at St. Joseph Medical Center and Leadership positions with Cigna Healthspring MA plan and Steward Medical Group. Dr. Watkins has received teaching awards from the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston Medical School and Baylor College of Medicine Physician’s Assistant program. Dr. Watkins is currently serving as a Market Medical Director for WellMed Medical Management in Houston, Texas.
